This policy explains what information Grow with Next Level Ag ("GNLA," "I," "me") collects at growwithnextlevelag.com and shop.growwithnextlevelag.com, how it's used, and the choices you have.
When you buy something. Your name, email address, billing details, and order information. Card payments are securely processed by Stripe.
When you complete an intake or use a tool. Career positioning services include the Career Story and Impact Intake, which collects your career history, accomplishments, goals, resume file, and LinkedIn URL. Digital tools collect what you enter into them (for example, the resume and job posting details you provide to build a cover letter). This is the material the work is built from.
When you take the career positioning quiz or join the email list. Your email address and your quiz answers, used to deliver your results and follow-up.
When you book a call. Your name, email, and scheduling details through the booking system, with calls held over Zoom.
Automatically. Standard website data such as browser type and pages visited, through cookies and analytics.
I don't sell your personal information. I don't use your resume, intake answers, career materials, or drafts for someone else's marketing or share them for purposes unrelated to delivering your services. Your career information is treated as confidential working material and used only as needed to provide the services and tools you've requested.
Information is processed by the platforms that run the business: SiteGround and WordPress (website), WooCommerce and Stripe (checkout and payment), MailerLite (email), Replit and Railway (interactive tools), OpenAI (document generation within the interactive tools), and the scheduling and video platforms used for calls. Each processes your information only to provide its function.
The interactive career tools use OpenAI to process the information you submit, such as your resume, job posting details, and question responses, in order to generate your documents. This information is used only to provide the service you requested. OpenAI does not use it to train its models, and retains it for a limited period solely for security and abuse monitoring.
Order records are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes. Career materials from an engagement are retained so returning clients don't start from zero; you can request deletion at any time.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. You can request a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion by emailing lauren@growwithnextlevelag.com. Deletion requests are honored except where records must be retained by law.
This website and these services are not directed at children under 13. Personal information from children under 13 is not knowingly collected.
This policy may be updated as the business changes; the current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
